1) Value time
2) recognize seasons of your life (Ecclesiasties 3:1 there is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven)
3) God has given us an eternal purpose, learn to move with God discerning His seasons
4) 4 principles of the law of the harvest
a) you reap if you sow
b) you reap what you sow
c) you reap after you sow
d) you reap more than you sow
5) If you sow: you must be intentional in fellowshiping with other Christians, just as you must make deliberate steps to sow towards financial freedom
6) What you sow: Gal 6 be now decieved, whatever a man sows they will reap
7) Stages: preparation, watering, waiting, reaping
Become transparent and share your addictions/problems, then listen, learn, and be led
8) The higher you intend to build, the deeper you must prepare the foundation for surety
9) Jesus spent 30 years mastering carpentry in preparation for his ministry culminating in hanging on a piece of wood bearing our sins
10) Pastor Paul lost weight and felt healthier and fit into his clothes better
11) Build relationships you can share the core of your heart with, My buddy Thomas is a great example to me of this, he's not only a great Director @ Sun, but also a good coordinator of our men's fellowship meeting every other Saturday morning at 7am. yeah. 7. ugh. but great fellowship.

thousands of straw skirts, never seen so many in my whole life! the first time all 4 religious Tongan groups got together, sad it had to be a funeral to bring them here. Protestant, Catholic, Jehovah's Witness, & Mormon, all together to weep and worship together. Thank goodness my emergency medical response wasn't needed tonight...
God bless him, i couldn't imagine going to the Sudan!
